Andrea was wonderful. She helped us find our new home and sell our old home. During our new home purchase, we unfortunately entered a bidding war. She help guide us through this process without overpaying. She referred us to a great inspector that spend 10 hours doing our inspection. Some realtors will refer you to poor quality inspectors in order to make sure the home moves. She did not. Once the inspection report came back, she helped us get everything fixed that we needed fixed. When we sold the home, she helped us get thousands more than we were initially expecting with a few changes. She stayed on top of everything and always kept us in the loop.
