Andrea was amazing helping us sell our properties. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Andrea is excellent!

Andrea is so professional a real asset in our situation—so informative and explained each and every step. Special thanks to her.

Andrea was amazing! Not only did she ease the stress of purchasing a new home, she made it very easy. She did very well with being transparent and keeping me up to speed during the process. I appreciate Andrea making sure I was 100 percent happy with my choice instead of rushing me to purchase a home for a quick dollar. She made my first home purchase a special experience that I’ll never forget. I highly recommend Andrea for future purchases. Thanks for everything Andrea. My family is very grateful for this experience.

We worked with Andrea for over two years as we prepared to buy our first home, and we’re so grateful for her guidance throughout the entire process. She was always pleasant, patient, and easy to talk to—checking in on our goals without ever being pushy. Andrea took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and she never hesitated to take us all over the area to explore different neighborhoods and home styles. She helped us weigh the pros and cons of everything from 100+ year-old homes to new builds, all-brick houses, and more—always offering honest, informed advice. Andrea also connected us with reliable industry professionals and skillfully advocated for us during negotiations and contracts. We felt fully supported from start to finish and would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and thoughtful real estate agent.

We can’t say enough good things about Andrea! She went above and beyond every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress free. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our family truly set her apart. She’s been an absolute blessing to us, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done!

Andrea is so professional! Delightful! Friendly! Accommodating! She answered all of our questions and spent 3 hours with us even before we were thinking a year before. She worked hard to close the deal and I know she took extra time during off business hours to answer questions. Andrea is our realtor for future purchases!

Andrea is an amazing teammate in the process of buying a home. She is incredibly kind and patient and totally on top of her game. She made the homebuying process extremely easy for us, and also a lot of fun! She was there every second to answer our questions, provide helpful information, and keep us connected to all the key players. She made sure that we didn’t miss any important deadlines. Every bit is valuable as her competency, skills, and intelligence are her incredible personality, sense of humor, and just innate humanness. We trust her implicitly, and would definitely recommend others do the same. Andrea is special and we would not have wanted to go through this experience without her.

She was amazing during this whole process of selling and buying a house. Very professional and knowledgeable about her trade, explained every step in detail and kept us up to date on changes and new properties that met our needs. This goal was years in the making, and we are glad that we had Ms. Andrea Fortson as our agent, because she made the whole process less stressful and manageable and cut to the chase on paper work, gave us all the details in this process. Plus she made herself available at all times because of my wife and my work schedules. A true professional, would recommend her services to everyone, when you need a truthful, hard working, respectful, professional, responsible, reliable, resilient, and dedicated agent, Ms. Andrea checks all these boxes. Thank you again for making our family's dream come to life. #RollingWithTheRhodes
