I’ll start with saying that if I were to do a home transaction again, I would go with Ana again. I have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family in their search for a home.
For context, my family and I are new to the US, with no knowledge of the real estate market and procedures, as well as other aspects that one needs to know when buying a house. Ana was recommended to us by a trusted colleague, and she has been absolutely fantastic.
Ana took great pains in understanding the needs of my family, and in my interaction with her, I have always felt that she kept our needs and interest as her primary focus. As examples, as we tried to balance location and cost, she brought in additional elements like security, comfort for my family – to the extent about asking about specifics that mattered for each person – as well as short and long term valuation potential.
She walked us through the procedures of buying a house in the US and overall, made the experience a very easy one. As we developed our thinking on the kind of house that we wanted, she was extremely patient and engaged us in conversations when it came to key decision points. She has been extremely open in raising and being receptive to all questions and concerns so that we felt extremely comfortable and knowledgeable about any decision that we would take. In topics that had shades of grey, her counsel has been priceless.
During the process, she has been very accessible and responsive , and this has been a big deal for my family as we made the move to the US, and we were often in different time zones as we went through the process.
We have now moved into our house, and we feel even more the incredible partnership that Ana has brought to the table. I must mention that we also, during this journey with her, took her advice on other aspects including schooling - and her advice has been spot on and grounded. Overall, we feel that we have made the best possible decision in buying a house and after seeing a lot of houses– the one that we finally chose feels absolutely right - and a big part of the credit goes to Ana.
