Amy was so helpful throughout the home buying process. She was patient when I had questions and helped direct me to the best neighborhoods. I was moving from a different city so setting up showings had to be done quickly and on a little bit of a crazy schedule. Amy was happy to work with my hectic schedule and was sure to make the best use of time while I was available for showings. I highly recommend working with Amy! Thank you Amy!

Amy Rowan was amazing. We sold our house in 24 hrs and even with some hiccups Amy fought for what we wanted and needed it all come together. We sold and bought from her if you need a great hard working realtor please find her!

Amy was invaluable in helping me buy my home! She advised me through every step and there are many! Not only did she help me with finding the house but once our offer was accepted she spent time going through every room making suggestions on how to use the space and decorate! Without her extra effort I would have moved in with a couch that was too big!

Amy was very helpful through the process and was able to calm me down when I felt like panicking. Everything happened really fast for me, and Amy made me extremely comfortable. She was great!

Amy is a highly skilled and experienced real estate professional. As an investor who has gone through multiple closings with Amy, I cannot overstate the value she brings to a transaction. Her experience provides a peace of mind that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere. She has helped me navigate some really tricky situations which enabled us to get to the closing table on time even when things were looking shaky. You will not regret working with Amy.

This was our second time having Amy guide us in purchasing a house. We really enjoyed working with her and if we ever need a realtor again she will be our first choice.

Amy goes above and beyond to make sure her client gets exactly what they are searching for. She is quick and efficient and will always go to bat for her client. We highly recommend Amy for all realtor needs.

Amy is the absolute best and such a joy to work with! She made our home buying process very smooth and was quick to help in anyway we asked. Will definitely use her again.

Amy was awesome to work with. She was honest and a true professional! Couldn’t have asked for better!

Amy Jo Rowan was exceptional in her work with me. I was selling my "Daddy's Dream" - a piece of land he purchased over 50 years ago. She was sensitive and understanding to my conflicting emotions about this. I live 800 miles away and yet, she made me feel like we were sitting at the kitchen table chatting about this. She didn't rush me or make me feeling silly for being emotional. I had been getting offers for 3 years on this land and nothing felt right. I contacted her and she put it on the market officially. Most importantly, she understood that the "right person" just had to have this land and she did her homework and studied the offers and calmed my heart when she found just the right buyer. The long distance was handled with grace and trust. I finally had peace about parting with this land. Amy's efficiency, expertise, and efforts throughout this process were well above my expectations. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for making me feel good about letting this land go. To anyone selling or buying, trust Amy! She has your back. Thank you, Gloria
