Amy Gould meticulously guided our way through the property preparation and sale process. Communication between Ms. Gould and us was problematic because we were in Europe for 3 weeks, then almost 4 weeks on a cross country road trip. Undaunted, Ms. Gould regularly kept us updated. When repairs were necessary, she provided the names of service vendors, and was able to check on their progress, since we were unable to.
