It would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a more exceptional real estate agent than Amy Juras. Amy was able to sell the condo for her and find a nice, cheerful independent apartment in an assisted living community for her to relocate. Second, and most importantly, we live out of state and were not able to be there most of the time. I don’t know how we possibly could have navigated selling my aunt’s condominium and our house without her. Because there was a delay between selling the condominium and getting our house ready for the market, Amy found a company to move my aunt’s belongings into a nearby climate-controlled storage space until she was able to relocate. And when our house was sold, she arranged for and oversaw moving my aunt and her things into her new apartment. We appreciated that she sent us pictures so we could see progress on the maintenance work and upgrades at our house. Our new home was a tough find in the neighborhood we wanted. It has no steps at the front door or inside, a health requirement for my wife. Throughout the “hunt” Amy was usually ahead of the game on new listings and even got us in early several times. We had several near misses of offers on other homes and lots of dead-end listings. Amy was always available and highly responsive to any and all requests… we were never left waiting for the realtor to get back to us. Her advice and assistance was invaluable in putting together the offer and the rest of the purchase process. She saw every detail through to the closing and also negotiated some additional concessions from the sellers. I’m not sure the total hours that Amy dedicated to our purchase, but from start to finish I doubt she made minimum wage. The Greatest Agent We Didn't Use! Amy, the House Huntress, was amazing. We spent 2 full days with her seeing many, many houses that she curated specifically for us after listening to what we wanted.
