Amy Foy is an amazing realtor! She made the sale of our home so easy and FUN. Amy is very knowledgeable about the market ,and is a tough negotiator… She treats your money like her own. She’s also energetic, motivated, trustworthy, dependable, and honest. She treated us like family through the whole process. Amy sold our house in three days and above asking price! We had several things come up at no fault of Amy , such as: 1)the day before our first showing I tried to touch up an area and ended up using the wrong color of paint. Amy was able to go pick up new paint for us and hired a painter to fix it in less than 24 hours! 2)I had a load of junk that I needed to take to the dump last minute before closing only to find out I had packed the key that unlocks our utility trailer. So Amy dropped everything and delivered her trailer to my house and saved the day again! With work that needed to be done prior to listing/closing Amy was able to assist by at offering reputable companies to perform the work. She made the whole process such a breeze for us and it was seamless. I cannot say enough good things about Amy Foy.
