Amanda was great to work with - for buying, managing a rental, and for selling, despite the market challenges we ran into. From the buyer standpoint - she is great at anticipating needs/wants and finding a mix suitable properties to tour. I also couldn't ask for someone more helpful when it comes to managing a property from afar. She knows all the right contractors when something goes wrong and was happy to coordinate things on our behalf when we were indisposed.
