We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Amanda. From start to finish, her communication was fantastic. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and help us figure out the next step. She also had great local connections and could recommend people who responded quickly whenever we needed something. One thing I appreciated most was how much she listened to what actually mattered to our family. We technically could have spent more, but she understood that we had a budget we wanted to stick to and never pressured us to go beyond it. She also understood how important it was for us to keep my son in the school district we wanted because of his IEP needs, and she kept that a priority throughout our search. It never felt like she was just trying to sell us a house. She genuinely wanted to help us find the right house for our family, in the right area, at a price we were comfortable with. If we ever decide to sell, move, or buy another home—even years from now—she will absolutely be the first person I call. I would happily use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly listens to her clients.

Amanda was fantastic at every step of the homebuying process. She was available at all hours, extremely personable, and fought for our best interests whenever there was a conflict. She helped us find other professionals, gave excellent advice, and never pressured us to make a decision. We had several false starts on our way to finding the right house, and Amanda worked with us through all of them. She was extremely professional and gained our trust from the first time we met her. During that meeting, and later showings, she set a high bar by not asking us to sign any long-term contracts to work with her and by pointing out where a listing agent was toeing a line she was uncomfortable with on their claims to make a sale. We always felt like we could trust her and that she would never even consider shading the truth or misleading a client, even if it meant losing out on closing a sale. I have already recommended her to my brother and would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. She was wonderful to work with, and we look forward to seeing her again at our housewarming party.
