Allison was so understanding and patient with us. She did not give up on finding and showing properties to us over the course of about 18 months, until the perfect property came along. She was extremely helpful both prior to and after the sale when we needed a key fob and additional information from the seller a week after closing. We could rely on her to bring any potential properties to our attention in a highly desirable area where properties are sometimes on the market for less than 24 hours. Her communication, work ethic and professionalism were exemplary, not to mention her positivity and support. When the seller's agent refused to pay her more that 2.5% commission on the purchase of our new condo, we were more than willing to pay the other .5% out of pocket. She deserved every penny! Anyone would be fortunate to have her helping them find a new home in Charleston and/or surrounding areas. Do not hesitate to use her your real estate agent - whether you are buying or selling.
