I Know Allen for a while always helpful. I will use him again. He is very approachable and understanding. The best part is he will give you professional advice, even if you have a different opinion. However after that he will work with you even if you did not take his advice.

He did everything to have this property sold, and provided support until everything closed down for 100%. Would recommend, A +.

Al ia highly professional with style and manner. Selection of neighborhood and the house is an important factor in quality of the life and surely Al is knowledgeable, trust able and reliable partner for execution of this important task.

Allen is a very dynamic and energetic sale professional. I had another realtor prior to Allen and experience was quite opposite. Allen did manage to generate traffic through my home despite difficult market conditions. I would strongly recommend considering Allen to anyone planning the sale of the property. Marek
