Alison is great. I was a first-time home buyer, and she really educated me throughout the process. Found me a great home in my price range in one of my preferred locations - and was able to negotiate a concession from the seller to boot! I am a first time home buyer and had absolutely no clue about what to expect or look for in this regard. All I remember from the very beginning is Alison saying 'We're gonna find you a house that suits your needs'. She made the journey seem effortless through her tenacity, compassion, wisdom, industriousness, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills. She is super energetic and the radiance is indeed, contagious! Even through the bumps and roadblocks, she kept her confidence and momentum going and continued to reassure me that we would make it to the finish line. Alison is the best. Being new to the Dallas area, Alison helped us find the perfect home. She spent time driving us around the different neighborhoods of Dallas educating us as we looked at various homes and showed us all the ins and outs of Dallas. Once we were under contract she explained everything and walked with us through each step of the way. Even after the closing she went above and beyond any time we reached out for help.
