From the moment we met Alison Leonard we knew she would be the agent to help us find our home in the San Antonia area. Her professional demeanor mixed with her friendly, witty personality was the perfect fit for us. After looking at the first few listings we chose, Alison quickly determined our needs, likes and wants and was able to show us additional listings fitting our perimeters. After striking out with pre-owned homes Alison took us to a new community that was perfect for us. She then did her research and found all the homes that were privately listed in the community which we would never have seen on our MLS or Zillow search. We quickly found a beautiful custom home that was in the final phase that we fell in love with. The builder was unknown to us so Alison set up a face to face meeting with the builder and their agent and we were able to make some important changes to the home prior to completion. We were new to Texas and unfamiliar with Texas real estate laws and codes but Alison kept everything on track and kept us informed remotely. She was excellent in helping us negotiate the contract and work with the Sellers agent. All - in - All our experience with Alison was exceptional and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the San Antonia area.
