Tim and Alison are the best realtors in Cincinnati! They are incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and communicate clearly so that the client always feels well informed. Most importantly, they advocate for your interests and make sure you feel confident and well taken care of. I couldn't recommend them more!
Alison & Tim are amazing and fantastic! And I'm not biased because we just received 16% over list for the sale for our home. That had something to do with this market.
Couldn’t ask for better realtors, or better people to help with selling and buying! Alison and Tim went out of their way time and time again to help us get an amazing home and sell ours. They were always available (even during Covid, the crazy housing market and having their first daughter) and willing to help with anything we asked.
Alison is just fantastic- it truly felt like home shopping with a knowledgeable friend. We are so grateful for her kindness, expertise, and ability to get stuff done, especially in this incredibly tight market.
Alison was a rockstar in helping us find our home, then putting together an offer, and finally with the tedious tasks of actually getting us to closing! Her communication and expert knowledge helped us during the stressful search for a home. Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to working together again if we ever decide to move into a new place in the future :)
Alison did a great job with our buying/selling process. We had a LONG list of “must haves” in a house. Not only did Alison find us our dream home, we got it for the perfect price. Alison is very professional and always was great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Alison!
Alison works so hard every hour of the day. When I say every hour I mean it. There were nights something would pop up late and no matter what time I reached out, she was quick to respond. She knew exactly what I was looking for and would not settle for anything less than the best in our price range. So happy I had her as my agent and I am looking forward to using her in the future!
