Selling my mom’s house after she passed away was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Alisha held my hand and gave me confidence to move forward through every step of the process. She asked questions and handled details I wouldn’t have even known to consider. She’s knowledgeable, proactive and went above and beyond to make the transaction seamless for me. She’s also one of the kindest, most compassionate professionals I’ve ever worked with. I’m so grateful for her partnership throughout this very difficult time.

Alisha was very knowledgeable, attentive to everything that was going on and always available when I had issues or questions. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have worked with Alisha on multiple home purchases and sales and she has always done a great job. She is responsive, professional, detail oriented and experienced. I would strongly recommend Alisha.

Alisha was absolutely wonderful! This is our first home and we had a lot to learn throughout the process of searching. Alisha responded quickly to any questions we had and was a great advocate. She really looked out for us and our interests/concerns and couldn’t be more grateful for her!

I will be recommending Alisha to everyone I know looking for a real estate agent. She is truly the best! She made it super easy for us to find property postings as soon as they become available based on our interests. Whenever we had questions or concerns about a property, she was always on top of getting us any information we needed as soon as possible. Her communication and availability to her clients is stellar. She is someone you can completely trust during the entire process. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful with pointing out flaws in a listing that I wouldn’t be able to catch myself. Alisha is great person to work with and she will always have her clients best interest in mind. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

Alisha is truly amazing!!! My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers. We were confused, anxious, and intimidated by the whole home buying process. Alisha was a recommendation of a trusted friend and she immediately proved why. She went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for, answering any questions we had, and guiding us in all the right directions. She turned this into a fun, exciting, seamless process and I cannot thank her enough for that. You would be doing yourself a disservice not choosing her to help you in buying or selling a home!

Can I give more than 5 stars? My experience working with Alisha was the best! Throughout the process of selling my home, Alisha was responsive, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and ensured I completed all of my required tasks on time, answering any questions I had along the way. When I buy or sell my next home, Alisha is the only realtor I’d consider!

Alisha was absolutely fantastic and a joy to work with throughout the entire house hunting and purchasing process. She was quick and easy to communicate with, honest, and informative - answering any questions we had at any time during the process. Alisha was also super proactive which was incredibly helpful with many steps along the way. At the same time, she also never overwhelmed us or badgered us about anything. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anybody to work with and am very grateful that we found her!
