What i like about alex is he respond very quickly and when you ask him questions he knows the answer right away he will make himself available to your needs. He is knowledgable about the market and would strongly recommend him on a friend or colleague. His negotiation skills are okay but then again the home that we got was already at a discounted price so it is difficult to expect more.
