I would rate Alex overall performance as Excellent. As we live abroad, Alex was extremely helpful on advising critical points on upgrading property and went the extra mile to manage all the works for us. Alex was very diligent on supplying the information on the other similar properties and his approach was very professional to secure fair price for our property.
I would like to thank Alex and your organisation for a job well done. Sale of the property was smooth and well managed. Fantastic experience.
He is really a knowledgeable person especially in houses and construction industry as well as professional and smart in contractual and pricing matters.
