I could not believe all the showings and offers we had within 48 hours! After selling our first home she was able to get us into our dream home for A LOT less than the asking price! She was so patient and informative. I'm glad we had such a professional and dedicated agent to walk us through the process of selling of our old home and purchasing a new one. Alesha is very personable and easy to work with. We had buyers who qualified for a USDA loan (zero money down). She worked extensively with the buyer's agent to make both sides happy but the buyers were a young couple who eventually got cold feet and backed out at the last minute. We had to re-list, uggh. The next buyer was getting a VA loan which made the process a bit more difficult but Alesha handled it all capably and professionally and we got that house sold! Thanks Alesha!
