Aditya ("Adi") Kevaria helped me in selling the house in Edison that my late mother lived in for 24 years, which i was responsible for selling, as executor of my mother's estate, and Adi was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable with current information about the real estate market in the area, so he was great on pricing the house well. He lined up a good photographer and marketed the house well. When offers came in, he was great in facilitating the negotiation of a contract of sale. After that, he helped throughout the process that eventually led to closing on the sale, well in ways well in excess of what i might have otherwise expected from a realtor. As one example of that, he knew who to call when it turned out, to my surprise, that there was an underground oil storage tank on the property that would need to be removed (presumably from an early owner of the house having used oil heat). He was reachable and responsive when issues arose, and always a pleasure to work with. I recommend Adi highly.
