Meet Realtor Adela Costelow! Adela has a wealth of experience that makes her the ideal Realtor for many clients. Not only is she a bilingual (English and Spanish) real estate agent who specializes not only in residential real estate, but she is also proficient in farm, commercial, land development, USAA and relocation real estate. After owning her own small business, Adela decided to transition to real estate 13 years ago. There were many reasons for her career switch: “I love people and I love looking at homes of all kinds”, she says. “I wanted to have a career that helped people (literally) move toward their goals and into their dreams. This desire is so big in my heart. Helping a client realize that achieving their dream is actually possible is the best part of my job.” There are many reasons clients trust Adela with this most important decision: “I know people chose me because I love to have fun - we laugh a LOT! And I don’t just ‘listen’ in a surface way to what they’re looking for – I ‘hear’ what they want, and that’s what I look for. Because of that, I also have a great track record for receiving referrals. I’m so grateful that I am able to wake up every day knowing that I can make a difference in the lives of the people I meet, and that I am able to help fulfill the dreams of others. Wow. It just doesn’t get better than that.” Adela has been married to her husband - a worship pastor in Broadway, NC - for nearly a quarter century. She helps their church by reaching out to the surrounding communities, assisting with many of their programs; she also partners with her Coldwell Banker Advantage family with its outreach projects. In her free time, Adela enjoys movies, shopping, sushi, and time with her friends. To learn more about Adela Costelow or Coldwell Banker Advantage, call 910-493-0080 or visit acostelow.homescba.com
