My agent became my only family and helped me fill out paperwork and understand my options. My agent referred me to an amazing attorney who helped me sorting things out. He worked every single day on patching, cleaning and fixing my property until he got it sold and we closed escrow 2 weeks before the lender's sale date. My agent cared just as much as I did and he executed every option to help me getting thru this transaction.
