As we started our search virtually, moving in from outside the region, she was helpful at reviewing our search and getting to know what we like and dislike. Setting up house showings was incredibly easy and very accommodating to our tight schedule. As we reviewed houses, moved forward to offers, and then worked through closing her help - as well as the entire Intracoastal team - continued to increase above and beyond our expectations. It was such a pleasure I immediately recommended her support for family members of ours!
If I could give Adair 10 stars I would. She was such a pleasure to work with. Over the course of 6 months, she helped me via Facetime look at homes from NY to NC. I only had a chance to visit twice. I finally decided to go with a builder in Brunswick Forest, Leland. Through the entire process she held my hand, took videos, offered sage advice and was the most professional realtor I have ever encountered. As a bonus she was on site for a private home inspection that she recommended before my closing. It was the best advice I had ever been given. I have now been in my new home for a week and know I can call Adair with any question about the neighborhood. She is just wonderful to work with and know as a friend.

She worked to get it listed as soon as possible with excellent pictures taken by a professional photographer. Once both homes were under contract, she always kept me informed of next steps and served as my liaison throughout the entire process.
