Abbey went “above and beyond” in every phase of the sale of our condo, from marketing it effectively to scheduling showings, negotiating with potential buyers, scheduling the repairs specified in the inspection report, scheduling the closing, getting all the necessary documents signed, and personally making sure that the money we received from the sale was safely and promptly deposited in our accounts. We could not have asked for a more responsive, efficient, or effective realtor.
