Camille has represented me in real estate transactions twice, once as a buyer’s agent and once as a seller’s agent. Both times, the process was very professional and seamless with no issues or surprises. With the latest transaction, she had my empty property beautifully staged and listed for sale within days of me hiring her. Camille also had an open house scheduled for the weekend following the house going on the market. It wasn’t needed, however, as an offer to buy was received and accepted within two days after listing. I fully believe her staging skills contributed greatly to the quick, full price purchase offer, especially in what was currently a slow market for this particular home. Camille is also very kind, personable, and easy to work with. Very importantly, she is always reachable and returns calls and messages quickly. I tried not to abuse this easy access to her and only reach out during business hours, but knowing she could be contacted anytime was a huge comfort. All of my questions, and I had many, were answered promptly, completely, and she always made sure I understood the answers. Towards the end of escrow, I had a family emergency and needed to travel out of the state as soon as possible. Camille, Hope, and the rest of the team (I am terrible at remembering names) worked to make papers available for me to sign the same evening I told them of the emergency. I was able to get on a plane the next morning to assist my hospitalized family member without any delay to the escrow process or closing. I cannot express how grateful I am to them all for accommodating me so quickly. I highly recommend Camille Wessling. She has represented me as both a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent and I can say confidently that her experience, professionalism and work ethic make her one of the very best agents in the area. It has been a pleasure to work with Camille. She is very friendly, experienced and easy to get hold of when needed. I never had to wait long for her to get back to me. After we closed on the sale of my vacant land, she even dropped by at my home with a present:) that was very nice of her. I know that not many realtors do that. Camille was /IS the best! Hard to accurately describe just how perfect she was for my needs. First and foremost, she listens. She heard what I wanted and what I didn't want. She continued to bring properties to my attention that enhanced my search. She was always available when I needed her, whether it was answering questions or making herself available to show me everything possible. No property was a waste of time, but a learning experience.
