Justin played a very important role in my purchasing process; he helped me significantly in making key decisions and made the entire process very easy and hassle-free. I definitely recommend him for your next purchase.

Justin was very patient and understanding while guiding me through the home selling process. He went above and beyond to ensure the sale of my home remained on track. He was always available to answer my one-thousand-and-one questions. His dedication was particularly important considering the current housing market climate. I would recommend Justin to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I might be a little biased since Justin is family, but he handled a complex 1031 exchange with complete professionalism. He made the process smooth and guided us with clarity and confidence from start to finish. If you have an opportunity to work with Justin, take it. You will be glad you did.

From day one Justin was professional, prepared and patient. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know something he found the answer and got back to us right away. He was very responsive with all requests and went above and beyond. We were moving out of state and he even did some research to help us with all the logistics of that. My father in law is elderly and didn't always fully understand everything that was going on but Justin handled all the confusion expertly, he answered all questions even when they were asked multiple times. Very professional and VERY patient. He was a blessing for us. I highly recommend him, I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

Working with Justin Cubbins was hands-down the best decision we made in both selling our old home and buying our new one. We’ve worked with other realtors in the past, but none came close to the experience we had with Justin. He made the entire process feel simple, even during the complicated parts. He was professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting us the best outcome. Justin listened to what we needed, gave honest advice, and followed through on every detail. If you want a realtor who makes you feel confident, supported, and heard, Justin is the one.

Very hard working, went the extra mile to make our sale a success in record time. We whole heartedly recommend Justin to anyone and would use him again for any real estate needs.

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to have Justin as your real estate agent! It felt like we won the lottery when we found him. Justin constantly went above and beyond through our entire home selling experience. His work ethic, communication, professionalism, and honesty is nothing short of amazing! This made the process much less stressful, knowing that we had a great agent who was always available and made us feel like we were his top priority. Thank you for everything Justin!
