Eric was amazing! With each offer and counter offer, he presents them to you well and then also lists pretty much exactly what your options are. He is extremely knowledgeable especially with military moves and is compassionate and understanding to us moving on orders. Eric had great resources to get our home listing ready and checked on the house for us after we had left the area already. He was always available or at least quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. We’ve moved around quite a few times and have worked with many realtors, he is by far the best that we’ve ever worked with, just amazing all around.
Eric was awesome, straightforward, patient & thoughtful. After reviewing more than 100+ houses online & after personally being walked through probably 30 or so scattered from west to east San Antonio and beyond, we found the “one” for us. He hooked us up with a great lender and the buying process was smooth. Thanks Eric for welcoming us & getting us settled.
