I recently worked with Vincent to sell my house.Vincent is very knowledgeable about local market.True professional

Vinnie was very patient helpful and always easy to contact. Always available when needed.

I can state that Vinny was both patient and very professional with me and my house selling situation. He was supportive of my situation as to why I had to sell and gave me both guidance and confidence in this journey. Mr. Sanfilippo and I bonded from afar as he helped me sell our family home of over 50 years and assisted me with my ailing mother - he was the right guy for me to get this done. I live in Virginia - my house was in Queens NY. I could not have done it without him - and for that I owe him a tremendous personal thank you. He is both a professional and a caring person. If you get him as a Realtor, he will take care of you and ensure your Real Estate needs are met. Thank you again Vinny!!
