Don Courtemanche was a fantastic realtor for selling our house! As soon as our historic house went on the market, it threw every curve it had at us - the furnace started leaking, our rear door glass was accidentally smashed, and the garage's electricity stopped working. Don helped us keep our cool, gave us great repair leads, and he often went to the house to let workers in and out when we couldn't make it. Meanwhile, he worked overtime to market the house, hosting two open houses (his fresh baked cookies were delicious!) and countless appointments - and he was nice enough to make our bed and clean up the kids' clothes for the last-minute viewings. His explained his pricing and sales strategy carefully and it worked perfectly. We received multiple offers within a few weeks of it going on the market, and the house sold in less than average time. He kept an eye on the house during the long closing process (after we had moved) and kept us patient and informed, always responding quickly when we had questions. Professional, dedicated, and an all-around nice guy - we can't recommend Don Courtemanche enough for realtor services in and around Springfield!

Eileen Lessard is a meticulous worker who places the highest priority on representing the best interests of her clients. Throughout the selling process on my former home, Eileen took all of the appropriate steps to ensure adequate numbers of showings and provided excellent advice for staging the house and pricing. My experience with purchasing my new home was equally positive. Eileen possesses a strong knowledge of the area and the real estate market in western Massachusetts. She offered many helpful suggestions for places in which to relocate based on my needs and budget for purchasing a new home. Her attention to detail was an enormous asset during the purchasing process as she walked me through the steps multiple times and always made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions that I was making. Eileen is clearly dedicated to providing her clients with the best service possible. She is a great listener, is never forceful in her explanations and is always very considerate of the needs and desires of the client. Eileen is always positive, professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her to a friend or relative in need of an excellent real estate agent.
