Okay. So how do I write a review of this amazing realtor. I was living in what I thought was my “forever house” for 17 years when my wife of 57 years told me “we are moving” to live next to family. At that time, we had two income producing rental duplexes, and I was managing our newly constructed 34 unit manufactured home park. So, in addition to our home, we have two duplexes and a park to sell. In a very short time of listing all three for sale, Mariana had multiple offers on both duplexes, our house, and the park. While I wasn’t wild about moving, Mariana made the sales very easy and quick. She handled the negotiations with the buyers efficiently and got us the best price for each of the sales. What more could you ask of a realtor. We will definitely use her for any future purchases or sales because she looks out for her clients.
