Rhonda Turpin was very professional and helpful with the sale of our house! We would highly recommend her!

Dave Dribbon was wonderful to work with: strong communicator, flexible and supportive, patient (it took us a few years to find the right property!), and whenever he didn’t know the answer to a question, he worked diligently to find it! We appreciate him immensely for the role he played in our finding the home we love!! Highly recommend him as a buyers agent!

Rosie was amazing. Super knowledgeable, always on top of things, and just genuinely cared about helping me find my first home. She made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Rhonda/ Greybeard to find a house. Her patience was very impressive and she guided us along the way to make the process as smooth as possible.

5 stars

We worked with Tom Lasley for many years, for both purchases of land and homes in the Buncombe County area, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the local housing market and construction standards. He was also helpful in sharing renovation ideas and referring local handymen, etc.

I stumbled across Dave trying to look at a specific property. That property wasn't for me, but Dave understood what I was looking for and found it for me. He was friendly and professional, available, reliable, and helped me set up everything to accomplish all of my goals before closing. Weekdays, weekends, daytime, nighttime, didn't seem to matter to him when I had a question, he would respond. This is my second home, so I don't have a ton of experience. Dave understood that and helped walk me through the process. Great guy, would recommend.

Dave was amazing working with Meredith & I. Dave went the extra mile to make sure we were good with every step of our journey. 3 offers & 3 homes later !!. We are so pleased with GreyBeard Realty & especially Dave Dribbon. Dreams came true today as we closed on our gorgeous log cabin in a beautiful community!!!

Sunday Grant was an excellent realtor. She guided me through getting the house ready for sale And gave feedback after each showing. She was a really good negotiator keeping a clear head and a pleasant demeanor.

I could write a book! Grey Beard is very fortunate to have Rosie! She is amazing. Always responds in timely manner, goes over and above for clients- even when she’s on vacation. She effectively communicates with all involved parties, is patient, kind and thoughtful. Rosie will show any property you want to see, put in multiple offers, etc. Just a few reasons she is called the Best because she is!! It was a blessing to work with her.
