Mary was absolutely phenomenal! There are not enough words to express just how incredible she was, but I will try. This was my first time buying a home and naturally I had what felt like a never-ending stream of questions. Mary preemptively addressed many of them and when I did ask, no matter the day or time she always made time to respond! I appreciate that she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or interrupting her! I also loved that she had good communication so that I knew what next steps were. I could also tell that she was not just a realtor but an advocate— for me as a first time homeowner and as a solo dolo parent. What’s funny is that Mary was only meant to show me 1 home, but after seeing her in action I immediately made the decision to sign with her! She was about her business and I loved it! She had not just the experience, but deeper knowledge on homes, repairs, future costs, etc. that really helped me to widen my gaze beyond just the now. I also loved that she latched onto what I was looking for and presented me with options that were a clear reflection of that. I am eternally grateful for Mary!
