Tim was fantastic for so many reasons. He has the patience of a saint for one. He is knowledgeable and thorough making sure I understood all the nuances with purchasing a new home, such estimating taxes, getting an inspection, getting insurance, etc. He helped me understand some of the reasons the seller may have put in a request for double the typical down payment that I was not happy about, but he went above and beyond helping the sellers understand my concerns, so they added a clause we were both happy with. I can't say enough good things about Tim. He provided outstanding service and I will refer him to anyone I know looking for a house in the area.
