Great company to rent from. They fix issues promptly and without question. Cadence in the main office really made our experience that much better by handling any questions or issues we had with the property. I would highly recommend them for any rental needs.

Jennifer Hamilton at FarrellSmyth Realty in San Luis Obispo handled the listing and sale of our condo there in April 2026.She is an experienced professional and the sale was effortless for us as owners. We are pleased to recommend Jennifer for all her customer’s real estate needs.Tony and Carol Sarge

Jennifer is an excellent real estate agent and seems to be well-liked by her peers. She gets the job done.

We are totally satisfied with Jennifer Hamilton’s hard work and efforts on our behalf. We can recommend her without question. Also, while she may be new as owner of Farrell-Smyth, we have had this company as our property manager for decades, and their team is excellent as well.

I have been very please with my interactions with Gwenever Cannon throughout the past few years. Her kindness, expertise and professionalism in answering whatever my concerns may be at the time is definitely a5 star rating.

I have had my condo in Arroyo Grande CA since 2015. Initially it seemed like the HOA was not thorough and did not get things done in a timely matter. Not sure whose fault that was, but with that said, since Gwenever Cannon has been working with Farrell Symth..she very organized and transparent. I hope Farrell SMYTH knows the asset they have with Gwenever.

I had the pleasure of working with Paddy on the purchase of my home. I was moving from out of state and she was very accommodating and easy to work with. She arranged showings around my travels to CA, communicated effectively, and provided us with clear feedback around the purchase process. She even helped with arranging the delivery of a vehicle I needed to ship to the area. Overall my family and I were very happy working with Paddy and would be happy to work with her again.

Paddy was very knowledgeable of the market and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Easy to work with, too!

Our first meeting/discussion with Jennifer was filled with useful ideas and showed us her preparedness. She has an understanding of our situation and will help us meet our goals.

Outstanding company to deal with. Very professional and efficient
