I'm so glad I worked with Kiki in obtaining a mortgage for my new condo in the River North area. It took a couple of years to actually find a place and get my offer accepted. She was encouraging the entire time - even calling the seller's agent if we felt it was needed to help my offer stand out. She was transparent about rates and fees, and there were no surprises at the closing table (in fact, I was pre-funded, which impressed my agent, attorney and the title company). Very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!
