This is my fifth or sixth home that either I or my wife have purchased. We have used different lenders for each purchase and I have always found that this part of the home buying process has been the most challenging. The various lenders also presented many challenges with volumes of information needed, paperwork requirements, funding sources, work history, etc. We had a very tight close date established for this purchase and my wife who has worked with our lender highly recommended bringing Rocky on board. There was an immediate positive connection with her and from that moment on, we knew we had the right person. The first night included a nice conversation with Rocky and her granting us access to the web site, a request for documentation and a clear direction forward. We were impressed with her enthusiasm and professionalism as she walked us through the process. We received a very quick pre approval and began the process of making an offer. The next several weeks involved the standard requests for information. During that time, Rocky did a nice job in keeping the communication channels open. Prepping for additional information needs, and helping us get ready for clear to close. As with any purchase there is always last minute changes and further clarification of information. It did become more difficult in the last few days as we had yet to receive the clear to close with only the weekend bridging to that Monday with our close at 11:00 am. I have to give kudos to Rocky for keeping us focused and continuing to reassure us that we were approved and that closing was taking place as scheduled. I appreciate her keeping us grounded and responding to our calls and messages regardless of the time day or night. Ultimately closing came and the home is ours. The big difference here and with this process, is should we have the need to ever buy a home again, we both agree that we will remain with Rocky and her company. I have never been able to say that before this close. We have trust and confidence in her and her abilities and appreciate the friendly attitude and enthusiastic work ethic. Thank you for a job well done.
