Matt was excellent at helping me purchase a new home, he asked all the right questions to help him get an idea about the type of house I wanted. His first goal was not to sell me a house, but help me find one I liked. Matt was knowledgeable, in guiding me through the offer process,to be able to get the home I wanted, but to get the best price as well.
