Two years ago I decided to sell my house; it was becoming too hard for me to keep up and my son invited me to move into his new home. Noni was a friend of my niece and came highly recommended (she had recently helped my niece purchase a new home). Dealing with Noni was a dream. The condo we owned is in a "prime" area of Roland Park. It is within walking distance of JHU campus plus several nice restaurants and food stores. Noni and her husband were nice enough to help us fix/upgrade a couple of items in our home so we could list it at a better price. Because of Noni our condo sold in 4 days BEFORE it was even listed! We were very happy to work with her, she is honest, doesn't sugar coat anything, her knowledge and expertise helped guide us through the in and outs of selling our condo.
