Dennis was always there. this was an extremely complicated purchase. tons of trouble with the water and septic inspections and systems, as well as an assessor making requirements on repairs before the sale (which we'd planned on doing right after the sale). also an insane amount of last-minute documentation and work needed by the lender. Dennis navigated a very stormy sea like a seasoned captain and got us thru it. not to mention while we were still looking, he literally took us far and wide to see houses. flat out amazing working with him.
Dennis was great in helping sell the property. He provided excellent advice in the process of selling the property. He navigated the buyer's inefficient title company which was beyond his control.
