Shannon worked hard to sell my house . She keeps you informed and gives updates on what is taking place during the entire listing. Very knowledgeable of the market and its ups and downs. She also helped find my new home. There were a few hiccups along the way but overall she did an amazing job. I would recommend using her as an agent anytime. I would recommend for any agent to make copies of all the documents that were signed and give to the client in a nice book form as a thank you. Well done Shannon
