Working with Kim Penrose was incredible! She has such a fun and outgoing personality, but is very professional at the same time. We are out of state buyers, which should make everything so much more difficult. Kim made it seamless. She took on additional responsibilities since we weren’t there to handle certain things ourselves. She went out of her way to keep us informed and involved. She was there when we needed her and was always quick to respond when we had questions. She provided so much transparency and clarity on the process and made the entire transaction so easy. We couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went. We highly recommend Kim and know any home buyer/seller will love working with her.
