Kim did an awesome job not only helping us find a new home, but getting our other house sold. She listened to our needs, worked with us on our time table and did a phenomenal job of staging our home to make it much more attractive to buyers. She is always responsive to our needs, and really listened to make sure that we were happy with the home we bought and the home we sold. She is a true professional but also would go above and beyond to help navigate the sometimes complicated process of selling (and buying). Her knowledge of the market and the processes involved was superior, and she was always willing to listen and answer our questions when they would arise.
