Kim Penrose was fantastic to work with! She is so easygoing, always looked out for our best interests, and was readily available for any questions or home tours that we had interest in. She was incredibly knowledgeable and diligent and always provided excellent guidance. She helped us find the perfect home at the perfect price for our family, and we couldn't be more excited. I would recommend Kim in a heartbeat to anyone who is in the market.
