Julie Knight was amazing to work with. She is not looking for a sale, she is looking to find the house that suits you and meets your needs. She made herself available anytime I needed something and is very responsive. Also, very efficient during the showings so there is no waste of time respecting my schedule and also the schedule of the owners of the house that leave during showings. Highly recommended
I cannot overstate how great it was to work with Julie and her overall professionalism on the sale of real estate having multiple owners. And what was a challenge to begin with became even more so during the process (unrelated to Julie). Despite the issues, Julie did a fantastic job of navigating the situation and achieving a successful resolution all while maintaining a caring and positive attitude. I do not believe we would have achieved the result we did without her knowledge and guidance.
