We enjoyed house shopping with Tina! She was efficient with paperwork, she made the shopping fun and always kept us informed.

Tina went above and beyond to find a house and then to secure it. She went to bat for us at nearly all hours of the day. We were given the best care and we highly recommend her and Townsend Real Estate.

My family recently worked with Tina to purchase a home after a cross-country military move. We were on a pretty tight timeline, and she helped us get through the process smoothly despite the crunch. Buying a home—especially after a military move—can be overwhelming, but working with Tina really helped put our minds at ease. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, which made a huge difference given the size of the purchase and the short timeline we were on. Her steady communication and understanding of the stress that can come with relocating helped us feel more confident and informed throughout. She was always responsive no matter the time or complexity of the matter and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Although we had a tight timeline, Tina did not settle for anything that would not have met our needs and it’s hard to find her type of dedication. After all was said and done, my family (wife and two year old son) found a home that we could not be happier and are truly grateful for Tina!

Tina was very hardworking and consistent in finding what we needed. She was patient and considerate and listened! We are very grateful!

Tina made house shopping and home buying an enjoyable and painless experience. She kept any eye on the market, sent us homes regularly, and made the paperwork and closing process a breeze. We never worried about missing deadlines or forgetting paperwork because Tina was always checking on and updating us. 10 stars to work with her again!
