In 2004, my wife Shannon and I made beautiful New Bern our home, and we couldn’t imagine a better place to live. We have raised our three children here and truly enjoy the coastal lifestyle—boating, fishing, hiking in the nearby national forests, walking our two dogs in local parks, relaxing at the beaches, and dining and strolling through historic downtown New Bern.
