My name is Steve Tuzo. I grew up in a military family, which gave me the unique opportunity to live and travel throughout the United States as well as Central and South America. In 2004, my wife Shannon and I made beautiful New Bern our home, and we couldn’t imagine a better place to live. We have raised our three children here and truly enjoy the coastal lifestyle—boating, fishing, hiking in the nearby national forests, walking our two dogs in local parks, relaxing at the beaches, and dining and strolling through historic downtown New Bern. New Bern offers an exceptional quality of life without the congestion of larger cities, and I take great pride in sharing all it has to offer. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with purchasing your next home and/or selling your current home with professionalism, care, and local expertise.

Steve Tuzo was very helpful, and very professional. He addressed all of our communications almost immediately regardless of day and time, he handled the entire process of buying the house very thoroughly and organized and in our favor as our buyer agent.
