I’m so grateful we had Andrea’s support selling our home! Her deep knowledge of the area and her extensive network were crucial for us in preparing the home for sale and getting repairs done. We weren’t living in the area anymore and Andrea went above and beyond facilitating meetings and getting everything done. I highly recommend working with Andrea!
Andrea was very patient as it took us a long time to find the place we wanted, and she was an expert at comps and vaulation. Many thanks for all your help and guidance!
Hi. My name is Cary Borish and I am a real estate developer in Center city Philadelphia. I have worked with over 20 Real Estate brokers throughout my career and Andrea is at the top of the list. She is an extremely thorough and thoughtful person. She went over and beyond a typical broker to ensure every aspect of the transaction was addressed and cared for. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.
Working with Andrea was a wonderful and rewarding experience! My husband and I were responsible for an uncle's estate and live in another state. From the time we engaged Andrea, she was a true guiding light helping us navigate the unique NJ real estate requirements. Andrea provided helpful referrals for local contractors, met them at the house and reported back, and helped us coordinate proactive changes to ensure a timely outcome. From start to finish, Andrea was generous in sharing her time and expertise which resulted in a well coordinated and positive outcome. It was a pleasure working with Andrea and we highly recommend her.
