As a first-time homeowner, I truly could not have asked for better real estate agents. From the very beginning, Catherine Lee and Sabra Girard went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home and guided me through every step of the process with so much patience, knowledge, and care. What meant the most to me was that their support did not end once I moved in. Even after closing, they have continued to be there to answer questions, offer advice, and help however they can. They have become relationships I genuinely value, and I am so grateful for everything they have done. I truly could not speak more highly of them. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to find their next home. They make what can be a stressful and overwhelming process feel enjoyable, seamless, and exciting, and I am so thankful I had them by my side through it all.

Sabra was most helpful regarding the issues and getting us acclimated to a new city and neighborhood. Post closing her assistance has been most appreciated. We thank her.

I cannot speak highly enough of Sabra. Her extensive knowledge of the Dallas area, combined with her commitment to finding the perfect home for her clients, makes the process much easier. Sabra's excellent communication skills and charismatic work ethic make her a pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are satisfied. Working with Sabra made the process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a home.

I had the opportunity to meet Sabra in mid-2022. She was in the process of selling her mother's home, which was located next to my property. We somehow met each other halfway down the sidewalk and immediately clicked. I told her that I was considering selling my property. Sabra and I met periodically during the next several months. I immediately knew that I wanted to list with Sabra and her real estate company. I did. Sabra is kind, and qualified. She answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. Sabra made the whole process, from beginning to end easy for me. I would recommend Sabra to anyone with confidence that she will do a great job. I closed in early 2023 and was completely satisfied,

Sabra is the best! Very professional, personable and detailed. She listens and is always available to help out. We look forward to our next home purchase with Sabra.
