From contacting Andy and Allison, finding the type property/area I wanted, securing a mortgage and insurance to the close was under 45 days. With such a tight schedule they stayed on top of everything that needed to be done and completed to keep the contract on track and everything moving along as needed.
The amount of attention, understanding and guidance was second to none I've experienced in my past home purchases.
