This team deserves a 10 out of 10! They have surrounded themselves with talent!! Creative minds, tenacious attitudes, assertive planning and detail oriented all the way through. And let’s not forget kindness - everyone was so thoughtful - always being mindful of the magnitude of buying and selling a home. A real asset and a great choice on either side of the transaction!

We were very fortunate that Paul Grover pointed us in your direction. We appreciated the patience you had while we worked towards being comfortable with listing our home.

Alfred and Wesley are phenomenal to work with - I have already recommended them to several people! I always felt like we were in the process together - they take initiative to help get questions answered or take uncertainty off the table. They also were always straight with us about what would realistically work, which helped us have reasonable expectations. They are light years above their peers relative to the service they provide, what they know about the market and how connected they are. THANK YOU!

Once again Tony Guthrie and his team delivered an outstanding performance and generated a fabulous outcome!

Alfred and Wesley were the dynamic duo... whatever needed to be done to keep the sale going they did with a smile. The marketing efforts resulted in over $100k above asking.
